Records of the International Joint Commission's International Red River Pollution Board and the Advisory Board on Water Pollution, Rainy River and Lakes of the Woods, including progress, technical, and survey reports, analytical data, meeting files, and correspondence. The two boards served as research bodies for the commission, reporting on the extent of pollution on the two rivers and making recommendations for its reversal. An employee of the Pollution Control Agency sat on each board.
